Dear Yuletide writer

This is my first year participating in Yuletide and I am so very excited!! Thank you for writing for me!!! I can't wait to write for others !!!! I hope the information in this letter helps at least a little, as I have added some likes, dislikes, and prompts, but feel free to take whatever is useful and leave the rest behind! Right in the dirt. Right on the ground. I genuinely will love anything you write, so please don't worry about adhering to the prompts/general ideas I have.

Likes: Happy fic! I want fic that even if it gets dark at some points, there is still some sort of hopeful ending. I love strong friendships that turn into even stronger romantic relationships! I like slow burns so so much, sometimes even ones that take place over the course of 15 years! I like found families A LOT, as well as character growth, individually, as well as specifically in romantic relationships. I am a very silly person, so I also like when my beloved characters get silly from time to time! I like forced proximity(canadian shack fic, share bed), friends to lovers,first time/first kiss, awkward people in relationships, love confessions, relationships that start out as a secret, wilderness survival fics(I would love for ANY of these fandoms to get lost in the woods, PLEASE lose them in the woods)(But also seriously no pressure, please write what your heart desires!!), zombie apocalypse fic, pining, intense trust between characters, and characters being playful/teasy!! I also like characters who are forced to tell the truth about the feelings they have been hiding, I love angst!!!!
Dislikes: When women are treated poorly and there's no resolution or even discussion about it, soulmates, characters who completely deviate from themselves just for the porn of it all
Smut Likes: cnc, lesbians being called daddy/sir, tickling, sex with a lot of giggling/laughing, awkward/new/first time sex, Gentle doms, kissing, teasing, coming from basically nothing, nipple play, bondage, edging, “forced” orgasm, attempted orgasm denial, wall sex, secret orgasms in front of others?(like, if two characters were secretly doing something sexual in the same room as another character, while trying to seem normal, and like nothing was happening.) talking normally/playfully during sex, exhibitionism(in the, two characters having sex in front of a friend way) extended oral, praise,use of toys, strap ons, aftercare/general love after sex scenes.
DNW: Harm/violence to any animals, unhappy endings or sad endings, major character deaths, age play, an EXCESSIVE amount of gore, intense pain, bodily fluids (unless it's sweet, sweet tears)...(and a little blood) omegaverse, Noncon, gaslighting, current events.
The Haunting of Hill House- Shirley Jackson
Characters:Theodora, Eleanor “Nell” Vance
I just loved Nell and Theodora’s relationship in this book, so much so that I want more !! I felt as though they had a romantic and sexual connection (or rather that they could have had one that was INCREDIBLE.) but it is totally fine if you’d just want to write them as friends! I also genuinely love the idea of them forming an incredible friendship.I loved the way they talked to each other, how close they got in such a quick amount of time, and how this all happened in a REALLY spooky house.I love all the haunted vibes they got to experience together! I would love to see more moments with the two of them in Hill house, pretty much no matter what it is!! It was a pleasure seeing them both lose their minds a little. I want something that both scares the bologna out of me AND make me have feelings (romantic, or otherwise),
Grace and Frankie(TV)
Characters: Grace Hanson, Frankie bergstein
Grace and Frankie!!! I absolutely want Grace and Frankie to be a couple. Forged from the longest slow burn, from enemies to friends to lovers, I have the mightiest need!! But once again, please feel free to do what you’re comfortable with, no pressure!! I’d love to see more of their platonic friendship as well!! I love their dynamic, I love the life they have created together, and I love seeing them thrive!! I find them so funny, and inspirational. Give me more about their sex toy/lube business! Give me more about the rituals Frankie does on the beach that makes grace upset!! Put them in a zombie apocalypse!! Make Grace learn the joys of cannabis!!!!Genuinely thrilled for anything!!!
A League of Their Own (TV 2022)
Characters: Maxine “Max” Chapman, Jess McCready, Lupe Garcia, Jo De Luca
Ah!!!!! Road trip fic(maybe one where someone needs to fix the car), Zombie apocalypse fic(I feel like they would all kick ass SO hard), lost in the woods fic!!!!! (In the middle of winter?!??!)I want to see these characters put to the test I guess. I just want them thrown into scenarios and I want to see what will happen !!! but Actually, I am so excited to see WHATEVER someone writes about A League of Their Own, because I love it so much and it makes me so happy and also so many people offered to write for it!!! I can only imagine some of the amazing ideas you all have !!!! SO please don't feel like you have to use any of this, unless you want to!!

Characters:Elaine Benes, Cosmo Kramer, George Costanza, Jerry Seinfeld
I'm not going to lie, the first thing I thought of was smut between the 4 of them. But I'm not so sure that’s what other people are thinking, so!! I would also love to see these 4 in some sort of scenario as well, lost in the woods in the middle of winter, ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE. I would be thrilled to read anything that involves these characters, and I'm just excited at the thought that I could even have someone get this, as their assignment. I love how funny this show is, it makes me laugh out loud pretty much everytime I watch it. I can’t wait to see what is written if this is what has been chosen!!!! And once again, please don’t feel at all like you need to use this, as it is just small suggestions!!
